Instructions:

Scoop the avocado flesh out and leave about ½ inch around the avocado. Then take a large saucepan on a low heat and add butter. Then add bacon to one side of the pan and let them fry for a couple of minutes and add the eggs to the other side and stir regularly till they scramble. Ingredients: 1/2 medium avocado, 1 tbsp almond butter, 2 scoops of Keto Chocolate Collagen, 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds (soak them in 3 tbsp water for about 15 minutes), 1 1/4 cup water, a few ice cubes.

Instructions:

Ingredients: 2 cups poached chicken finely diced, 2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped, 1 medium Hass Avocado mashed, 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil, 1/3 cup celery, finely diced, 2 tbsp red onion, salt and pepper as per your taste, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

Dice the chicken and add it into a bowl along with celery, onion, and cilantro. Scoop out the flesh from avocado in another bowl and mash it till smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice and oil. Then add the mashed avocado to the to the chicken and vegetables and mix everything. Serve over lettuce and enjoy.
